Little Blankie
Design Story
Little Blankie was designed for my Chihuahua, Pancakes! I wanted a small blanket that could go anywhere to ensure she could always be wrapped up in a reflection of my love and protection, even if I wasn’t present.
I chose a square shape for Little Blankie for its magical properties. Read more about this particular aspect of the design in the pattern.
As I knit, I made sure Pancakes was always around me to strengthen my intention. As soon as it was bound off, she wrap herself inside and has been sleeping with it ever since.
This design became so meaningful to me that I decided to publish it. Now babies of all types, and their makers, can enjoy the magic of Little Blankie!
