The Little Bubbles Hat is a sweet and whimsical accessory for the sweet and whimsical baby in your life! Worked side to side with stripes on contrast color “bubbles”, this hat is fairly simple to construct. It is an excellent quick project for more advanced crocheters, and a perfect opportunity to try something new for an adventurous beginner crocheter.

Sizes: Preemie [Newborn, 3-6 mo, 9-12 mo, 18-24 mo] to fit head circumferences 10-10.5 [14-14.5, 15.5-16, 17-17.5, 17.5-18]“.

Level: Adventurous beginner. Mainly uses hdc and sc in the back loop, with a bit of a modified popcorn stitch.

Yarn: Worsted/aran (4) weight yarn in two colors. Sample used Paintbox Simply Aran in Pansy Purple (CA) and Paper White (CB) for Preemie size and Paintbox Simply Aran in Sailor Blue (CA) and Paper White (CB) for 9-12 month size.

Estimated yardages: 34 [70, 85, 103, 119] CA & 22 [35, 46, 56, 70] CB.
