A cute little hat to match my pattern “Little Garter Cardi.” Pattern uses double pointed needles in the round (you will need to knit a row, then purl a row, etc) - or you could work back and forth knitting every row then seam the hat when you are finished.

In either case it makes a cute and easy baby hat. I suggest a depth of 6” for a baby then start decreasing for the crown - brim can be rolled up (or not) for a range of sizes.

I used Lion Brand Mandala in color “Groot.”
