Little Red Riding Hood
by Weldons
First published in 1893, the pattern is described thus:
This doll, which measures 15 1/2 inches high, is prettily dressed in knitting, in the character of Red Riding Hood. She wears a frock of royal blue Scotch fingering, a hood and cloak of red fingering, a petticoat of white fingering, a pinafore of white Shetland, and white cotton drawers, and carries on her arm a small wicker basket covered with a white cloth.
The underwear is crocheted. 4 ply can be used for the clothes, with 2 ply for the pinafore.
