This pattern for a cute crochet bunny is a great stash buster as it uses small amounts of different coloured cotton. I have suggested Scheepjes Cahlista Cotton which is 10ply, but have also made some mini bunnies using left over sock yarns and a 2mm hook. If you have 8ply cotton I would try a 3mm hook and see how you like the thickness of the fabric.
