The cable detail is worked on both the front and the back and pull the mitt tight at the wrist.

Measurements:
6 (6 ½, 7) inch wrist diameter, 7 ½ (8 ½, 9 ½) inch fingers and arm diameter un-stretched and 9 (9, 10) inch length. The small fits a very small to small hand and the large fits a very large hand, the medium fits a small to medium hand, for a medium to large work the medium using a gauge of 5.5 to 6 sts per inch.

Yarn:
1 (2, 2) skeins of Silky Wool from Elsebeth Lavold, shown in Chalk and Black

Needles and Notions:
US size 2 needles or size needed to obtain a gauge of 6.5 sts per inch. You may use either magic loop or double points, if you choose to use double points you should be familiar with transferring stitches to accommodate cables.
A cable needle.
A tapestry needle to weave in ends and a stitch holder.
