London Calling is a new addition to my dishcloth collection.
Downton Abbey, Sherlock, the royal baby, and yes- Dr. Who have all put me in a London frame of mind!
The dishcloth is crocheted in one piece from the bottom up. It is a simple and quick project. There is a knit and a crochet version. Gauge is not important , as this is a dishcloth : )
The center section is crocheted with 3 colors- knit the red stitches, switch to white, knit the white stitches, switch to red, knit the red stitches. So much easier than it looks! The stripes and letters are embroidered on in quick straight stitches and easy to do chain stitches.
Any questions? Send me a message here - I am Northeastknitter on Ravelry.
