London Spires: Cable ribbed fingerless gloves

Updated pattern for Long and Short gloves (Jan 2018)

I love architecture of all kinds. Each period having its own glories. Having spent over a decade living in London, and back recently for a short stint, the spires and arches of Westminster still give me that awe inspiring tingle. The Abbey is a shining example of amazing Gothic architecture.

These fingerless gloves are available in two lengths, the original long, and now a shorter length to the wrist (see below for tech details). They are knit in the gorgeous Madeleine Tosh Pashmina. The design is knit in the round, with a mix of different ribbing stitches to create elegant cabled arches. The easy thumb gusset is created from a single increase along the palm.

SIZE
One size. Due to the ribbing, these gloves will fit most adult female hands. Medium to Large hands are used in the photos.
