The Lonely Hearts Club KAL takes place February 14th - February 21st.

Upon purchasing this pattern, you will receive a PDF with the information needed to gather supplies for the KAL.

The full pattern will be released on Wednesday, February 12. If you’ve purchased the pattern, it will automatically be updated in your Ravelry library.

The 2025 Lonely Hearts Club pattern is a two-color stranded hat design in four different sizes.

Detailed instructions provide options for modifications, such as adding a Latvian braid and lengthening your project.

The pattern PDF contains links to video tutorials to guide you through the different techniques used.

Sizes: 1 (2, 3, 4).

Finished circumference: 13 (16.5, 19.5, 23)”/ 33 (42, 49.5, 58.5)cm, blocked and unstretched.

Finished height: 7 (8, 8.5, 9 )”/ 18 (20.5, 21.5, 23)cm.
To be worn with 0 - 3”/ 0 - 7.5cm of negative ease.

Needles: US 6/ 4mm or size to obtain gauge, in 16”/ 40cm circular and DPNs; and US 4/ 3.5mm or 0.25 - 0.5mm smaller than gauge needle, in 16”/ 40cm circular.

If you are new to colorwork or tend to knit more tightly when knitting colorwork, you may want to go up a needle size from your gauge needle when working the colorwork section.

Gauge: 22 sts = 4”/ 10cm in Stockinette Stitch and Colorwork in the round, blocked.

Yarn: dk weight:
C1: 50 - 100 yards/ 46 - 91 meters; and
C2: 50 - 100 yards/ 46 - 91 meters.

Notions: stitch markers, tapestry needle.
