Elephant crochet pattern.

This is a crochet pattern and not a finished elephant.

This crochet pattern includes step by step instructions to make your own Long Legs Elephant and her top and trousers. There are extra photographs included to help you with finishing and facial features.

LANGUAGE - Pattern is written in English, using UK crochet terminology.

SIZE - approximately 25cm, depending on yarn and hook choices and individual tension.

DIFFICULTY LEVEL - Intermediate/confident beginner due to colour changes and front and back loop crochet.

SKILLS NEEDED - Amigurumi style crochet (crochet spiral round), magic ring, dc, tr, increases and decreases, colour change, back loop and front loop crochet, spike stitch. Basic embroidery for the face and sewing to attach parts.

MATERIALS NEEDED - 3.5mm crochet hook, dk weight yarn in 3 main colours plus a little black for the facial features, polyester toy stuffing, yarn needle. Stitch markers are recommended.
