The Loopy Coaster & Trivet pattern set is perfect for adding a pop of colour and texture to your home. These handmade coasters make a lovely addition to your dining or coffee table, and the trivet is perfect for placing beneath a cooking pot or serving dish to protect surfaces from heat damage or scratches. The trivet also features a little loop for hanging it on a hook or knob. This pattern works up quickly and is ideal as a last minute unique gift or housewarming present.

YARN SUGGESTION
Cotton Ribbon, 100% cotton from www.hobbii.com (or similar bulky weight #5 yarn)
It is recommended to use 100% cotton yarn for this pattern. Cotton is easy to wash in case of any spillages and it’s very durable as it will keep its shape after a long time.

YARDAGE REQUIRED
Yardage required for one coaster is approx. 12yds (11m) or 22g
Yardage required for one trivet is approx. 35yds (32m) or 64g
Total yardage required to make the full set is approx. 83yds (76m) or 152g

TOOLS NEEDED
Hook size USA 10.75 (metric 7mm)
Darning needle to weave in ends
Stitch marker (optional)
Scissors

FINISHED SIZE
COASTER: Diameter is 4.5in (11.5cm)
TRIVET: Diameter is 9in (23cm) excluding hanging loop
