These mini stars are very easy and quick to whip up, and they’re a great way to use up left over bits of yarn as each star requires only 2.3 yds. The Loopy Star Garland is a perfect gift for a house warming, birthday, or baby shower, and can be used in all kinds of ways for your home to brighten a wall, window, nursery, Christmas tree, fireplace or bookcase!

TOOLS NEEDED
Hook size USA E/4 (metric 3.5 mm)
Darning needle & scissors

YARN OPTION (sport weight yarn)
Quality used in pattern: Rainbow Cotton 8/6, 100% Cotton from www.hobbii.com
Optional: To add a little sparkle to your garland you could use one end of cotton held together with one end of metallic thread.

YARDAGE REQUIRED
For the mini garland in this pattern which has 12 stars: 36.8yd (33.6m)
For one star: 2.3yd (2.1m)

FINISHED SIZE
Garland length: 95 cm
One star measures: 1.75” (4.5cm) width x 1.75” (4.5cm) height
