Loppe Socks
Lopper means fleas and is a traditional scandinavian design - simple and yet so sweet with a nostalgic touch.
The socks are worked top down with little details to make them extra special. The lateral braid after the cuff adds a nice beginning to the colorwork pattern that is actually a double loppe stitch and for the heel I chose the beautiful Eye of Partridge heel. The pattern is easy but keeps you engaged and before you know it the sock is done.
