Lothian is a cabled Aran scarf, the perfect addition to any autumn or winter outfit. The delicate cables are featured in panels repeated across the length of the piece, separated by sections of reverse stockinette and twisted rib borders. The delicate cables feature twisted stitches which create an almost vine-like appearance, growing from the wide twisted rib border at either end of the scarf. The cable motif is an easily memorised 8-row repeat, making this a relaxing and uncomplicated knit.
