Lotte shawl
I knitted my shawl with a Yarnz2go a knit kit.
The new Lotte shawl brings back childhood memories for me. My aunt Lotte, a great baker created a peach torte with a turquoise frosting and it was delicious!
The shawl is a rectangular shape with a fun and easy to knit wavy pattern going all around the “cake”, followed by a simple stockinette body. The finishing touch or “frosting” is done with a contrasting
I-cord bind off with the yarn held double for a little extra oomph.
The blocked shawl measures 52” in length and 12” in height. The pattern is fully written, has a how to I-cord bind off video link and also offers a lace chart.
