Lulu the Lion Throw Pillow is a fun addition to any nursery or kid’s room. This pillow is crocheted in the moss stitch. The facial features are added using a technique called surface slip stitching and with French knots. The mane is created using a twisted fringe technique, and the ears are crocheted in corner-to-corner.

This is a great project to learn some new techniques! This pattern is designed to fit a standard 14” square pillow form or you can use stuffing.

• Accent Colour 1 (face stripe): 75 yds of light (3) weight yarn
• Accent Colour 2 (mane): 275 yds of light (3) weight yarn
• Embroidery (facial features): 15 yds of light or worsted weight yarn
