Luminaire
Knit in ethereal Silkpaca, Luminaire was inspired by dust covered chandeliers. This delicate, cobwebby knit holds scattered crystals for sparkling contrast. Wear it like a scarf or a wrap, dress it up or down. For all it’s delicate looks, Luminaire is an easy but rewarding project.
Special Techniques:
Provisional Cast On
Applying beads with a crochet hook
Exact gauge is not crucial for the success of this project but variances in gauge may change yardage requirements.
Other Supplies:
552 x 4mm crystal beads for main Beaded Section, (optional extra beads to be randomly placed throughout ruffle section - sample used an extra 36 beads)
Scrap yarn for Provisional Cast On
Tapestry needle
