My mother-in-law, Lydia, was a generous and loving lady. From the beginning, she made me feel like I was part of the family. I designed this cloth for her to say thank you for being so wonderful and for welcoming me so warmly onto her lily pad. This cloth is fully charted and worked in the round. The touch of lace will add lovely decoration to your scrubbing, be it in the kitchen or the bath.

Note: The transition from the cast on to working the first set up row can be a bit fiddly. If you find that you have problems with it, work the first set up row as * yo, k1 * seven times, then yo, knit one to back loop. This will close that yarn over and make the next row easier to work.
