Needle: US Size 5 (3.75 mm) straight (or your preferred needle for knitting flat) or size needed to obtain gauge
Notions: Tapestry needle, stitch markers, cable needle, waste yarn, crochet hook (for provisional cast on)

21 sts x 32 rows = 4” in Welted Lace pattern after blocking

PATTERN NOTES
This cowl begins with a provisional cast on and is knit flat. Slipped stitches create a finished edge along both sides. Once the final length has been reached, the two ends are grafted together.
