Mabon
The Mabon shawl has a symbols of abundance within it. At the bottom there’s a hexagonal pattern that resembles honey combs and honors the hard-working bees. Then there are rows of wheat stalks, standing tall and proud, ready for harvest. The central part of the shawl is worked in cosy moss stitch, so there’s no shortage of texture anywhere.
