Mad Hatter
Direction: Bottom up
Mad Hatter was designed to use two colors, however it is possible to work it as a single tone design. Or amp up the stitch pattern with more contrasting colors. The sample shown used hand dyed yarn within the same color scheme. Color A (alone at the very bottom) is a deep kettle dyed purple. Color B (alone in the garter stitch band) is a tonal variegated blue/purple. The upper portion stripes one row of Color B with 2 rows of Color A.
The smallest size used a total of 64 grams (116 yards).
Broken down by color it was a total of 36 grams (65 yards) Color A and 28 grams (51 yards) Color B.
