Make some Monster Magic -
These Monsters are a fun Halloween decoration.

Fill a jar with candy and place a Monster on the top.
Place the Monster on a wine glass and decorate your house. Arrange several mini monsters on a wreath to decorate your door. Use a bulky weight yarn to make a Halloween lovey or pillow.
Use cotton yarn and make a bath mitt for the little folks in your life.

For this pattern the gauge is not important. The yarn weight will help determine the needle size and gauge.

You can cast on fewer stitches with a small weight yarn and get a Mini Monster or you could cast on more stitches with a larger weight yarn for a Mega Monster.

The Orange Ogre Monster should fit on a toddler size hand while the Pink Phantom Monster has a drawstring on the bottom to adjust the wrist size.

Worsted weight and fingering weight yarns were used in the samples as show. Fang Face and Pink Phantom monsters were made with worsted weight cottons. The Orange Ogre monster was made from Fingering weight cotton.

Raid buttons from your button stash looking for a bottom button around 1 1/4 inches in diameter. Buttons can be stacked and sewn together before attaching securely to the Magic Monsters.

Wiggly eyes would be cute but were not tested in a bathtub.
