Simple rectangles come together to create an easy, breezy crocheted shrug! Ideally suited for heavy worsted or light bulky weight yarn, this beginner–friendly top doesn’t require complex shaping. Even better? The filet mesh pattern is a 1–row repeat.

Shrug is made in four separate pieces, each worked back–and–forth in rows from bottom up. Once blocked, the pieces are sewn together to create the garment.
