Make Your Point Poncho
Welcome, fall! There’s nothing quite like wrapping up in a warm poncho on a chilly Autumn day. Make Your Point Poncho is a quick crocheted poncho with a column of puffs running up the front and the back. Alternating rounds give you the perfect fabric: not too dense, not full of holes. Just right!
Stitches:
Yarn: Rows & Roses Punk Worsted (#4) 540 (720) yards
Hook: K10.5/ 6.5mm
Sizes: Regular (19” tall, 36” bust,) Plus (22” tall, 40”)
Gauge: 12 st x 8 rows = 4”, blocked
Work gauge swatch in stitch pattern
Specials Stitches: puff (yo, insert hook, yo, pull up a loop to dc height; rep from three more times, yo, pull through all but two loops, yo, pull through final two loops.)
NOTES:
~ This poncho is designed to be worn with 2-6” negative ease. It is meant to hug your body.
~ Plus-size instructions are given in parentheses, like the (72) in the first line of pattern.
