When life gives you lemons, make a
market bag! Not sure if that’s exactly how
the saying goes, but this market bag is a
MUST for your shopping adventures.

MATERIALS:
2 skeins of Lion Brand 24/7 Cotton (Navy used here) or about
370 yards of a worsted weight cotton yarn
5.0mm crochet hook
Darning needle
Scissors
Favorite cup of tea or coffee to enjoy while you relax.

NOTES:
This is a nice size market bag with overall measurements of 11”
wide and 17” tall (not including the handles). The handles have an
approximate 18” opening, but can be adjusted to fit your needs if
you’d like them longer or shorter.
Placing a stitch marker at the top of your beginning ch when
working the lace rounds is helpful when finding the ch to sl st to at
the end of the round.
