You can modify the pattern to create a perfect fit crop top for all sizes.

This is a bottom-up style top and it works in rounds until reached the breast area, then starts to work in rows both on the front and the back.
The ruffle makes this top super feminine. You can make it without the ruffle and when using elastic yarn instead, you can definitely wear it as a sports bra.

This is a MEASURE ALONG/Tutorial style pattern. You need to be able to use the measuring tape with the method given in this pattern to create a perfect fit crop top in any size of your desire.
