Construction notes:

The sweater ist worked from top down. At first you work the cabled neckband on a provisional cast on and sew it to a round by using the kitchener stitch. Then you pick up stitches around the neckline, join to work in the round and work in rounds from here. After working the raglan decreases to the height mentioned in the instruction, you divide work into back, front and sleeves. Then you finishback and front first and at last you work the sleeves from top down in rounds.
