NOTES
• For techniques you don’t know, please visit our online knitting glossary at www.interweave.com/interweave-knitting-glossary.

• Carry colors not in use up the side edge until directed to cut.

• All slipped stitches are slipped purlwise.

• If substituting stash yarn for the accent colors, this pattern uses approximately 6 yd (2 g) of Purple (CC1) and 3 yd (1 g) of Lilac (CC2).

• Almost 2 complete hanks of MC were used for the sample, including the fringe. If you wish to make a longer towel, add additional rows of accent pattern or purchase a third hank of MC.

• Linen yarn shrinks with normal care. The finished measurements shown are after machine washing and drying. If you wish to make a longer towel, anticipate shrinkage of 8–10% lengthwise when your towel is first washed.
