Yarn
Main Color - 200yds / 50g of fingering weight yarn. Sample uses Once Upon a Corgi in Nightmares + 10 on the Marie Cutie base (75% Superwash Corriedale, 25% Nylon)
Contrast Color - 100yds / 25g of fingering weight yarn. Sample uses Once Upon a Corgi in Previous Yarn Engagement on the Marie Cutie base (75% Superwash Corriedale, 25% Nylon)

Needles
US 2 // 2.75 mm circular needles (I used a 16 inch cord, others may opt to use magic loop or DPNS)
US 4 // 3.5 mm circular needles (I used a 16 inch cord, others may opt to use magic loop or DPNS)
Some knitters may need to change needle size in order to meet gauge.

Gauge
28 stitches by 35 rows on a 4 by 4” (10 cm) square in colorwork stockinette using the larger needles
