Maple Leaf Tote
Celebrate the beauty of autumn with this Maple Leaf Tote pattern. Whether you’re heading to the farmer’s market, carrying your latest crochet WIP, or gifting a handmade treasure, this bag blends structure, style, and seasonal charm. Worked in the round from the bottom up, it’s as satisfying to crochet as it is to carry.
This pattern was originally designed for my 2023 crochet-along (CAL) event. It is now available in full. I have recorded 10 video tutorials specific to the pattern to give you step by step instructions for any skills over and above the basic mosaic overlay crochet stitches. This is a great opportunity to learn angle stitches if you haven’t tried them yet!
This listing is for a digital PDF crochet pattern — no physical item will be mailed.

ABOUT MOSAIC CROCHET
Mosaic crochet uses one color per row to create crisp, graphic lettering and imagery — no yarn is carried along the back of the work.

This pattern is divided into 5 sections (3 pages each) and is worked in the round. I would suggest using the Knit Companion app (my personal preference as it is brilliant and saves on printer ink and paper), but I have also included layout instructions for the charts if you prefer to print out your pages. The written pattern sections correlate with the charts so they can be used together.
Special thanks to Anita Schadeck and Kathy Gleich for testing this pattern.
