This light, airy sweater is worked in 4 pieces then sewn together. It is knitted from the bottom up. Single rows of contrasting color are worked with YOs, then the YOs are dropped on the next row to create stripes of elongated stitches that produce a graphic effect. The neck, waist and wrist bands are worked in twisted ribbing. The drop shoulders are finished with armhole bands, then the sleeves are attached under the bands to create a fashion detail.
