MATERIALS: Patons Courtelle 10 (11, 11) balls. One pair No. 9 knitting needles; length 1in. wide elastic for waist.
MEASUREMENTS: to fit 22 (24, 26) in. waist (adjusted with elastic); hips, 34 (37, 40) in.; length, 21 (22, 23) in. or length desired.
