The Mayfair Cardigan, in a lace pattern with a slightly cropped silhouette, was originally designed as a way to use a warm alpaca yarn in a mild climate. Reimagined for Spring, a bright colorful merino in a heavy DK replaces the alpaca/wool blend yarn. The saddle shoulders were also designed to bring the tabs slightly forward so they are centered on the top of the shoulder, with the Diamond Mesh lace centered on the saddle tab.
