Medley
Medley
A symphony of different constructions. Saddle shoulders, low-set sleeves, and raglan on the front and back flow together for a nice, classic and well-fitting everyday sweater.
Medley is worked top-down in stockinette stitch with a saddle-shoulder shaped wider from neckline to armhole.
First you knit back and forth until the neckline is shaped, and then work in the round until the saddle shoulder is finished. Again you work back and forth on the back- and front piece until the armhole is finished. Back- and front pieces are joined, and the body is worked in the round to the desired length.
The sleeve is worked directly on the armhole - in the round and top-down.
Finally, knit the neckband, which is marked with an edge in double knitting, and followed by a rolled edge. The model is worked seamlessly.
