Meeks Bay
“… the water was not merely transparent, but dazzlingly, brilliantly so.” -description of Lake Tahoe by Mark Twain, Roughing It (1871)
Lake Tahoe: so clear that you can see to a depth of 70 feet, but getting slowly more cloudy. This design honors one of the bays on Tahoe alnog with the special “Keep Tahoe Blue” colorway. Pass the word; help us keep this amazing resource pristine for years to come!
This shawl is started in the round and worked outwards until it is separated. Each side is worked out from the center. Beads are added with a crochet hook in the tapered ends.
