Este modelo - “Meias de Coração” – é o resultado de uma inspiração motivada pelo Amor, na sua mais ampla concepção e abordagem e que, para mim, traduz a dádiva e bênção divina que permeia toda a Vida e é a Origem de tudo o que existe!… É o que liga, o que une, o que nutre, o que integra, o que aceita e toma, de forma incondicional.
O Amor, entendido ampla e sistemicamente, actua com as suas 3 ordens (segundo Bert Hellinger): a pertença, a hierarquia e o equilíbrio entre o dar e receber!
Todos têm o direito a pertencer a um sistema (maior ou menor) e que começa na família; todos têm o seu lugar, definido dentro de uma hierarquia linear de tempo genealógico e é sempre salutar honrar e respeitar todos aqueles que vieram antes de nós, em especial, os nossos pais, que nos deram a maior dádiva: a vida; finalmente, o equilíbrio entre o dar e o receber, aceitando e tomando a vida como ela nos foi dada e, a partir daí, no nosso próprio processo de individuação, partilhar, com o mundo, os dons que trazemos em nós!
O par de meias segue a construção top-down, com uma variação do calcanhar tradicional reforçado e a biqueira cerzida. É adornado com um ponto rendado no cós que se transforma em “linhas de corações” na secção da perna.
É um projecto de tricot, absolutamente, amoroso, para se tricotar (aos pares)!!!

Agulhas: Agulhas de Pontas Duplas 3 mm (US 2,5) para montagem de malhas e 2,75mm (US 2) para tricotar o par de meias
Agulha de crochet de 2.5 mm (para corações e “linhas” em ponto cadeia)

Fio Usado: Schachenmayr Regia for Hand-Dye 4 fädig (4ply, fingering, 75% lã virgem, 25% poliamida, 100g– 420 m), cor 1992, 1 meada (COR 1)
Schachenmayr Regia 4 fädig (4ply, fingering, 75% lã virgem, 25% poliamida, 50g – 210 m), cor 2002, 2 novelos (COR 2)

Metragem: Aprox. 270 a 320 m

Amostra: 30 malhas x 40 carreiras, numa amostra 10x10 cm, com agulha 2.75mm e nos pontos de fantasia usados

Conhecimentos exigidos: Montagem de malhas no método continental, tricotar em redondo e com agulhas de pontas duplas, liga e meia e pontos rendados, leitura e interpretação de gráficos de tricot, calcanhar reforçado, diminuições simples (PPM, 2Mj, 2Lj), biqueira tradicional cerzida, esconder e rematar pontas de fio sobrante, cerzir e bloquear a peça

ABOUT THIS PATTERN
This pattern - “Meias de Coração” (“Socks from the heart”, literally) - is the result of an inspiration motivated by Love, in its wider conception and approach and which, for me, translates the divine gift and blessing that permeates all of Life and is the Origin of everything that exists!… It is what connects, what unites, what nourishes, what integrates, what accepts and takes, unconditionally.

Love, understood widely and systematically, acts with its 3 orders (according to Bert Hellinger): belonging, hierarchy and the balance between giving and receiving!

Everyone has the right to belong to a system (greater or lesser) that begins in the family; everyone has their place, defined within a linear hierarchy of genealogical time and it is always healthy to honor and respect all those who came before us, especially our parents, who gave us the greatest gift: LIFE; finally, the balance between giving and receiving, accepting and taking life as it was given to us and, from there, in our own process of individuation, share with the world the gifts we bring in us!

The pair of socks follows the top-down construction, with a variation of the traditional reinforced heel flap and grafted toe.
It is adorned with a lacy stitch on the cuff that turns into “heart lines” in the leg section.
The little hearts are crocheted and sewed in the end.

It is a knitting project, absolutely loving, to knit (in pairs) !!!*

KNITTING SKILLS: Continental cast-on, circular knitting, work with DPN’s, Purl, Knit, Lacy patterns, reading and interpretation of charts, heel flap, decreases (SSK, K2tog, P2tog), grafted toe, kitchener stitch, weave in ends, blocking.

SIZE | MEASUREMENTS: Adult S (M) L, corresponding to a foot with a width between 20-21 (21-23) 23-24 cm and a total length of 20-21 (22-24) 24-26 cm.
