• SIZE : The knitting pattern was written to fit average adult women ( 50-57 cm / 19.7-22.4 inc ) and man head size ( 58- 63 cm / 22.9- 24.80 inc ) The wool and pattern are stretchy so they can be adjusted to the size of the woman head and the man head size .

• NEEDLES : Circular needles 3 mm (US2, ½ /UK11) 40 cm (16 inches ) long , or Circular needles with a long cable for the Magic Loop method (80 cm/32” or longer) or set of double-pointed needles , 1 cable needle .

• YARN : Merino extra fine 100% wool 50 g(1,8 oz) = 105 m(115 yds)/ 8 ply/DK/ worsted Needed : women size 100 g ( 210 m , 230 yds ) man size 150 g ( 315 m , 345 yds ) recommended yarn: Drops Merino Extra fine mix 50g (1,8 oz) = 105 m (115 yds)

• PLACE MARKERS : 9 pieces in 3 colors. Color 1, 4 pieces, color 2, 4 pieces and color 3 BOR marker .

• GAUGE : 44 sts x 30 rows in 2x2 rib stitch on 3 mm needles = 10 x 10 cm 4 x 4 inches unstretched

• SKILLS : Tubular Cast On 2x2 Rib in the round , knit ,purl, slip , yarn in front , yarn in back , s2kp , ssk ,sssk ,k2tog , k3tog , central double decrease

Construction
The cap is knitted as a vertical structure, which means that we knit in the direction of the depth of the cap, from the rim to the top of the head. Each part of the hat is made separately: the brim and body and finally the crown.
The hem edge is stretchable, and is made by imposing eyes using Tubular Cas On 2x2 ribs in a circle. The crown is knitted by gradually subtracting towards the top.
