Melianthus
Melianthus is worked in from the top down with a shaped scoop neck. The top is worked in Stockinette Stitch with a very simple cable pattern beginning below the bust to form an aline shape.
A second color is used to work the final rib trim section.
This pattern is available individually or as part of the ebook collection Stormbreak.
Finished Measurements: 30 ¼ (33 ¾, 37 ¼, 40 ¾, 44 ¼, 47 ¾, 51 ¼, 54 ½, 58)” at bust.
Shown with 1 ¾” negative ease.
(Although this is shown with negative ease, I think it would be lovely knit close to exact bust measurement or with some positive ease to add a bit more flow to the bottom of the piece.)
