Mesmerizing
These cosy and warm socks feature an interesting stitch pattern with zigzagging stripes. Other than the cuff and the toe, which are worked in main colour only, the rest of the work is done in stranded knitting. The eye-catching feature is the hybrid fleegle heel, which is worked with the leg in the round and emerges from the zigzagging stripes.
The socks are worked in the round from the cuff down. The heel flap and gusset are worked as a so-called hybrid fleegle heel and are worked in the round, integrated into the leg pattern.

Notes
The socks are worked in the round from the cuff down. The heel flap and gusset are worked as a so-called hybrid fleegle heel and are worked in the round, integrated into the leg pattern. The increases are made within the zigzag-ging stripes as follows: work 1 stitch in the appropriate color, make 1 stitch in the same color, work 1 (2) stitch(es) in the same color. Other than that, as these stripes get wider there is no change to the overall pattern.
The integrated heel section needs to be worked in full to achieve the correct stitch count, and the patterning relies on you ending the leg pattern on the round indicated. To adjust the leg length, start the leg chart in a different position: either before the stated round number to add length or after the stated round number to subtract length.
