The third shawl in my “Elements” collection. Meteorology is a heart-shaped shawl that features a lace pattern worked on both the right- and wrong-sides of the fabric, and finished with a slipped-stitch edging pattern.

Like all other patterns in the collection, this pattern includes both written and charted instructions, and the pattern can be purchased individually or as part of the four-shawl collection.

ERRATA
Written instructions for the edging are slightly off, the chart is correct: For rows 4-9, flip the purls on the even-numbered rows to knits and the knits on the odd-numbered rows to purls and it’ll work out just fine.
