Edit: Please, check the corrected version of these instructions if you have saved the pattern. I spotted several mistakes in the knitted part of the shawl, namely, the stockinette and garter stitches as well as the number of repeats. Sorry for the inconvenience.

This shawl is made by knitting the upper part on 2 needles and then crocheting the lower part which has a mesh and shell edge.
It can be made bigger or smaller simply by doing more repeats of the knitted part and/or crocheting a wider mesh.

I used about 400 gr of white blend yarn for this piece. You can choose any type of yarn for needles stated above. If you want a summer shawl, I suggest 100% cotton yarn.
