Midsommersjal 2026 was designed as a mystery design for the midsummer knitalong in collaboration with the yarn shop Wool Collective.

The shawl is a light and airy cresent shape shawl, focusing on a lovely fade of colors with small pops of interesting techniques.

About the pattern:
The shawl is knit from the center at the neck and out and is a written pattern without any charts. The edging is knit sideways on the shawl as you bind off the shawl.

Merino 400 from Wool Collective (eco non-superwash merino, 400 m pr 100 g) in:

• 5 x 20 g fade set
• 100 g contrasting or complimenting color to the fade set
