They are designed to keep your ankles warm, but they are also a cute and fun accessory. They would be a perfect last-minute handmade gift, as well as super popular crochet item to sell at Craft Fairs.

The pattern is written using US crochet terminology.
The pattern was fully tested and tech edited.

SKILL LEVEL: Intermediate. The texture of the leg warmers is achieved mainly through the combination of the front and back post stitches and clusters.

YARN: #4 Medium Worsted Weight, Aran.
USED HERE: Sirdar Hayfield Bonus Aran Tweed, 624 Chestnut Tweed, 400-500 m (440-540 yds).

HOOK: 6 mm US J-10 crochet hook or size needed to obtain gauge.

GAUGE: 12 dc x 7 rows = 10 cm (4’’).

CONSTRUCTION: The leg warmers are worked in rnds, joined with sl st.

SIZE: XS-XL, with the instructions on how to adjust both, the width and the length.
