Milk
About:
After recently breaking an ankle while walking down the stairs, I went back to basics and back to the essentials. Milk is both a closet staple and a fridge staple that is over sized and cropped in a comfortable and cozy way. This quick knit will be just the thing you need to get through your trying time.
With charts provided for your 8 of your favourite milks, both dairy or plant based, this sweater is ready for anyone.
Milk is a bottom-up yoked, stranded sweater which is cropped and over sized. The sleeves are knit with a small amount of negative ease to create a contrast between the body and sleeve. Milk is a great sweater to toss on in a pinch to go to the grocery store and wear around the house. With charts available for dairy milk and oat. Recommended to be knit with 3 to 6 inches of positive ease. The model (me) has a 34” bust and is 5’6” and is wearing the size 12 with 10 inches of positive ease.
Charts provided: Milk, Mjólk, Mjölk, Melk, Lait, Oat, Soy and Nut.

I used Briggs and Little Durasport (430yrds/113g) held doubled because that was what was available to me without leaving my house. Yardage is shown for any sport weight held double, or worsted-aran weight yarn held single. Either is perfect for this pattern so long as you get something resembling gauge.
Gauge:

Tools:
4,5mm circular needles or size to obtain gauge and a spare circular needle to hold stitches as you work the rest of the sweater.
