Hands-free! Whether you are a busy mother chasing toddlers, a cycling enthusiast, or have suddenly found yourself on crutches or a walker, this backpack is a pretty alternative to commercial backpacks when you need the use both of your hands, yet still need to carry things with you.

Mill Stream is lined in a contrasting fabric to show off the lacy stitch pattern and to keep your valuables safe inside. The photographed model was double-lined with white fabric on the outside in addition to a coordinating print for the inner lining.

The decorative shoulder cord is woven behind long stitches (tr) at the top borders, threaded through an eyelet on each side, then knotted inside.

Complete text instructions are included as well as a stitch chart for the lace pattern.
