NEEDLE:
US 5 (3.75mm) size needles or size needed to obtain gauge

Beginner: Perfect for those knitters who are just beginning or have knit a project or two. Stitches/skills include knit, purl, color changes, and elastic bind off.

In a world that continually attempts to distract us, it’s important to find time each day to recenter ourselves and find that still, calm space within. Coming from that quiet stillness, we can then emerge, ready to navigate our day, and at any time or place, we can return to that inner sanctum when we need a moment all to ourselves. My hope is that you find that stillness and peace while knitting this luscious cowl. After you’ve given your precious hours to this project, it’ll return the favor by wrapping you in a giant hug to remind you that you are held, you are loved, you are guided.

• The sample shown used 1270 yards (1161 m) total: Color A: 410 yds (375 m), Color B: 450 yds (412 m), Color C: 410 yds (375 m).
• Height can be adjusted by adding or subtracting rounds in groups of 4. Circumference can be adjusted by adding or subtracting stitches by a multiple of 2.
• A stitch marker is placed to indicate the end of the round. When working each round, slip marker when you come to it, and proceed to work the next round in pattern.
