This particular pattern includes instructions for crocheting the hat in the following 3 sizes:

Preemie to newborn - 12” (hat circumference)
0 to 3 months - 13”
3-6 months - 15”
Note: hats stretch 1” to 1-1/2”

and the cardigan in the following 4 sizes:

Preemie to small newborn (4-6 lbs)
Newborn (7-9 lbs)
0 to 3 months
3-6 months
