Happy I Love Yarn Day!

Show your love of yarn (and bust a bit of stash) with these cheerful mini pumpkins or apples. Make a pile and string them together for bunting, or make just one to wear as a brooch or use as an autumn-themed gift tag. They’re a bit addictive, though … it may be difficult to stop at one.

Worsted weight yarn is recommended for pumpkins, and dk or worsted weight for the stems. (I used a hotchpotch of yarns from my stash; see pattern post for particulars.)
