The Minuscule fingerless mitts are worked in the round using stranded colourwork techniques. The fingerless mitts have an integrated thumb and are worked in Blacker Yarns Swan 4ply, a delightfully plump yarn from the fleeces of small sheep flocks.

The pattern is fully charted and written out. It includes a schematic and tips on how to modify fit.

Minuscule takes its visual cues from hand-decorated early printed books. I chose motifs and colours found throughout late 15th century books.

Suitable for intermediate knitters.

Yarn requirements:
1 ball in Pale Maiden (col A)
0.5 ball each in Sky Grey (col B), Hawkweed (col C), Tussac (col D) and Mountain Berry (col E)
