Mirrorette is worked in two pieces and then joined using the three-needle bind-off. If you have enough yarn, the pattern includes a note about how the wrap can be lengthened a bit by adding an extra lace panel in your CC. It also includes a link to a free planning worksheet and row tracker, just in case you want to mix things up a bit and use more than three colors.

CC: approximately 76 yd / 70 m of light fingering weight yarn. If you have enough CC and would like a slightly longer wrap, the pattern explains how to insert an extra lace panel using your CC before joining the two halves.

Totals include a 15% buffer. If you are substituting a heavier fingering-weight yarn, you will likely need more yardage. Wrap can be worked in more than three colors; pattern includes a link to a free weight-based planning worksheet.

NEEDLES
Two pairs of US 4 / 3.5 mm circular needles, or size needed to obtain gauge; 40” / 100 cm/ or longer circular needles are recommended to accommodate large number of stitches.

Optional: Additional needle (circular, straight, or DPN) of the same or similar size for three-needle bind-off. You may also use the non-working end of one of the pairs holding the live stitches.

NOTIONS
4 stitch markers, 1 removable stitch marker (optional, to mark right side of work), 4 additional stitch markers (optional; see note on page 4), tapestry needle

GAUGE
19 stitches and 19 rows = 4” / 10 cm in garter stitch after firm blocking. Gauge is not crucial but will affect yardage used and final dimensions.
